Obtaining access to the School Nutrition Technology System is a two-step process.

1. Obtain an NCID:
    
   1. Traditional Public school and Charter school employees must contact their NCID Administrator to obtain an NCID.
   2. NonPublic school and Residential Child Care Institution (RCCI) employees must visit the North Carolina Identity Management (NCID) website to set up an NCID Non-business user account.

2. Request access to the School Nutrition Technology System
    
   1. Submit the SN Security Form to request access to the School Nutrition Technology System.
   2. There are TWO security levels of access for SFAs.
       
      1. Users with the "APPLICATIONS" security level can 
         1. Edit the online application 
         2. View the online claim for reimbursement.
      2. Users with the "CLAIMS" security level can:
         1. Edit and submit the online claim for reimbursement
         2. View the online application.
