Access Request Workflow

All PSUs must have a Security Officer to grant access to users at the local level.

If there is no Security Officer at the local level the accounts will not be approved.

State level and PSU Security Officer access requests are granted by the state level Security Officer.

Staff who request the role of Security Officer must also select a secondary role to access the OBIEE reporting system.  All other users need only select the user role with the highest level of permissions.

If  your registration request remains unaddressed, review the PSU Security Officer list.  If no contact is listed, identify the appropriate staff member to complete the registration process for the Security Officer role.  If the contact listed no longer peforms this duty, email Rebecca Davis to disable the account.

  2. Apply for an account using the CEDARS Data Warehouse Registration System. Use the Registering for the CEDARS Data Warehouse document to determine the appropriate User Role.
