Reporting

By September 15 of each year, each PSU will report to DPI on:

  • Content of the school-based mental health plan adopted in the unit, including the mental health training program and suicide risk referral protocol, and
  • Prior school year compliance with requirements of this policy.

In efforts to embed/align this reporting requirement with other related submissions, questions have been added to the Healthy Active Children report that is due at the same time.  The Healthy Active Children (HAC) reporting portal is now open. All PSU's, Lab Schools, Regional Schools and Charter Schools have been given access to the HAC reporting portal through their HAC point of contact.
