Public Comment on Proposed Wavier to North Carolina Every Student Succeeds Act State Plan

The North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) is seeking public comment on a proposed waiver to the North Carolina Consolidated State Plan for the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). The waiver is being made available to the public for review and comment for 30 days.
