Description: This professional learning session introduces educators to a range of tools designed to support instruction and progress monitoring for students who are deaf and hard of hearing in the areas of language, vocabulary, auditory skill development, and self-advocacy. Participants will gain a broad overview of how these tools can inform specially designed instruction (SDI), guide the identification of IEP goal areas, and support understanding of student growth over time. The training highlights the importance of collaborative, team-based approaches and provides a foundational understanding to help educators determine next steps for deeper exploration and implementation.
