Participants partner with the Office of Exceptional Children to identify opportunities, issues, and needs for state and local special education implementation. Meetings focus on State Performance Plan indicator data, deliverables, improvement cycles, and general supervision. Participants are expected to contribute to discussions based on their perspectives, expertise, and questions. Parents of students with disabilities are strongly encouraged to participate.
