The OEC Leadership Institute Advanced Pathway is a 4-part face-to-face 12-month series of professional development designed specifically for EC leaders in NC PSUs who have either completed the OEC Leadership Institute Essentials Pathway or have more than two years of service as an EC Director in a traditional PSU or EC Coordinator in a charter PSU. Presentations by OEC Consultants and current directors/coordinators in the field offer extended data analysis, deeper connections to SPP/APR indicators, and examination of current practices and procedures in order to support improvement efforts. Participants will engage in a community of practice activity throughout the duration of the series to connect learning to continuous improvement efforts regarding EC programming in their PSU.
