Purpose: To provide guidance on Indicator 13/Postsecondary Transition requirements and suggestions for improving the quality of the individualized student postsecondary transition plan

Rationale: To improve Indicator 13/Postsecondary Transition compliance and student post-school outcomes.

Each session will cover one to three topics specific to Indicator 13/Postsecondary Transition compliance policy.
Attendees may submit questions prior to the session via the registration link.
Attendees are encouraged to attend all four sessions.
Each session will be recorded for those who are unable to attend and/or those who wish to listen session information again.

Session 4:
