Purpose: To provide guidance on Indicator 13/Postsecondary Transition requirements and suggestions for improving the quality of the individualized student postsecondary transition plan
Rationale: To improve Indicator 13/Postsecondary Transition compliance and student post-school outcomes.
- Each session will cover one to three topics specific to Indicator 13/Postsecondary Transition compliance policy.
- Attendees may submit questions prior to the session via the registration link.
- Attendees are encouraged to attend all four sessions.
- Each session will be recorded for those who are unable to attend and/or those who wish to listen session information again.
