Join us for a focused professional development session on Bookshare, a free, federally funded resource that provides accessible educational materials in audio, braille, large print, and digital formats. With over 1.3 million titles, Bookshare likely has what your students need to access the curriculum. Bookshare is designed to support students with perceptual reading disabilities, physical impairments, and visual impairments in engaging with traditional materials more efficiently. It helps reduce the barriers many students face with printed materials. In this session, we will take a data-driven approach to identify gaps, explore usage trends, and develop actionable plans to improve student access and ensure equitable learning opportunities for all.
