Four 1.5 hour application sessions to support coaches to establish effective coaching cycles that include all components of the Practice-Based Coaching model. Participants will be guided to plan, deliver, and document coaching cycles with their initial coachee. Opportunities will be provided to reflect on and receive support for each component of the coaching cycle: Collaborative Partnerships, Shared Goals and Action Plans, Focused Observations and Reflection and Feedback.

Objectives
By the end of this four-part professional learning series, participants will be able to:
- develop and sustain collaborative coaching partnerships by applying strategies that build trust, establish shared expectations, use active listening, and engage in collaborative communication throughout the coaching cycle.
- facilitate data-informed shared goal setting and action planning by partnering with coachees to identify measurable practice goals, develop individualized action plans, and select evidence-based teaching practices aligned with desired outcomes.
- conduct focused observations by collecting objective, practice-specific data using observation strategies that align with coaching goals and provide meaningful evidence to support professional growth.
- facilitate reflective conversations and performance-based feedback by using questioning techniques, collaborative reflection, and strengths-based feedback to promote self-assessment, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- integrate all components of the Practice-Based Coaching cycle to design and implement a complete coaching process that supports ongoing educator learning and improved teaching practices.
