The ECEC Statewide Meetings serve as a bridge aligning local Preschool EC efforts with the broader state system. These meetings will provide timely regulatory updates, highlight successful program initiatives, gather critical field feedback, and facilitate collaborative learning. The format and content are structured to address the real-time, evolving needs of EC Administrators and Preschool EC Coordinators across the state. The 2026 ECEC Fall Meeting will focus on child find data collection, data use, and federal reporting requirements with an opportunity to collaborate and share strategies.

Objectives
- Review Child Find Data Collection: Understand Child Find data collection processes, including reviewing Infinite Campus enrollment and tracking Indicator 12 transitions within ECATS.
- Understand Indicator 12 Federal Reporting: Learn how to successfully access, run, and interpret the new ECATS Indicator 12 federal report
- Collaborate and Share Strategies: Share data collection and tracking practices, and discuss strategies for compliance as well as using child find data for program planning.
