Many times interpreters will begin “working” as soon as someone speaks or starts signing, but without appropriate decalage, the message can become garbled. This training will work on developing the skill and knowledge of why processing time is needed and help interpreters increase their own decalage without losing important information. This is a crucial skill in an interpreter's development and will help improve scores on the EIPA.
