Agenda
1 pm to 2 pm: Support for isolated related service providers in the WNC LEAs by providing an opportunity for in-person collaboration, sharing ideas, evidence-based practices, and problem-solving
2 pm to 3 pm: Sustainable infrastructure to improve student's safe preparation and advancing employment skills
3 pm to 4 pm: Clarity on APE policies and procedures and collaborative program strategies
Ample time will be reserved for participant discussion and questions (either submitted with registration or offered in-person).
Audience
Focus of content will be on physical therapy roles, however, the session is open to all roles and interested participants (related service practitioners (OT, SLP, etc.) administrators, Healthful Living Coordinators, Post-Secondary Transition Coordinators, SpEd teachers, PE teachers, APE teachers, Vocational Rehabilitation personnel, job coaches, teacher assistants, etc.)
Participants may elect to attend any or all of the three content modules offered. Please register and CEUs will be awarded according to sign in confirmation of each content module.
