Food Service Management Companies

The State Agency's updated Food Service Management Company (FSMC) website provides School Food Authorities (SFAs) with access to procurement timelines, guidance, resources, and technical assistance information. SFAs planning to procure or renew an FSMC contract are encouraged to review the available materials and begin planning early for a successful and compliant procurement process.

VERY IMPORTANT
School Food Authorities (SFAs) planning to procure a new Food Service Management Company (FSMC) or rebid must obtain the State Agency's required FSMC Request for Proposal (RFP) template and procurement procedures prior to initiating the procurement process.

Need Assistance?
The State Agency Procurement Specialist, Becky Sharpe, will provide:

  • the required FSMC RFP template,
  • state agency procurement procedures with a detailed timeline,
  • guidance documents,
  • and technical assistance throughout the procurement process.
