Transportation Contacts

For all student transportation questions or concerns, families, staff, and community members should first contact their Local School System. Each local board of education is responsible for the operation of transportation services, including bus assignments, schedules, routes, driver staffing, and local policies.

NCDPI Transportation Services supports LEAs through guidance, allocation of available State funding, and training on State systems and forms.
